- An interesting possibility to stimulate personal development is to offer the best students a ‘job’ during their studies.
- Analyse the necessary competencies, the professional attitudes and the expected future developments with their consequences for your course.
- Students will have individual developmental targets: decide how to find these targets and tie possible support for the students in your course.
- Formulate necessary learning activities to support the students learning.
