Option 37. Offer support to students in their personal development

    1. The students can follow their interests and learning questions to familiarise themselves with one or two professional fields.
    2. Teachers can offer support in their course to enable students to choose the direction they want to take in their studies via practical assignments, project assignments, thesis and practical work. 
    3. Students are encouraged to make their own choices in learning activities.
    4. Offer additional activities for top-rated and motivated students.
