Matching during the first year:

  2. Organise open days to inform students about the program, career possibilities and education methods.
  3. Organise opportunities for prospective students to experience typical first-year teaching and learning activities.
  4. Prepare a clear description of the program and career options.
  5. Organise an intake interview to discuss expectations and students’ strengths and weaknesses. Organise follow-up activities to evaluate the study progress.

Matching and selection before the start of the first year:

  1. It’s uncertain if selection before the start of the first year is helpful at all
