- A learning track is focused on one or more core competencies or main subjects in the program. For example, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, social and professional skills and the appropriate professional attitudes in relevant professional situations, problems or issues.
- The learning tracks are aimed at helping students become young professionals with the desired level of competencies (knowledge, skills and professional attitudes). Students collaborate to develop the competencies step by step and in increasingly complex professional situations. For this purpose, a clearly structured track of teaching and learning activities is developed.
- The student’s responsibility for their learning process and the complexity of the practical situations (cases) increases during the program.
- The study tasks are performed in different courses: what is learned in one course will be applied in the following.
- The learning tracks are carefully reviewed and, if necessary, adapted by the teaching team. (DP4: 028 and 042).
- Students learn from the start to work in various relevant and realistic situations drawn from professional practice.
